  • What is the single-minded proposition/key message (what do we want people to believe about this product/service

  • Support the proposition (why should people believe us?)
  • What are we creating? (brand, website, posters)
  • What is the brand/product/service, and what does it do?
  • Why are we undertaking this activity? (mention relevant communication, business and marketing objectives)
  • Who is the target audience?
  • What insights do we have into this audience? (include information about what they may think and feel about the brand/product/service currently, along with a summary of the relationship they have with it)
